JYD building materials ltd was established in 2001 as a large-scale enterprise specializing in R&D and production of door and window weatherstrips. Over the past two decades, we have continued to innovate and introduce advanced production equipment. Through unremitting efforts and strong support and affirmation from our customers, the company has now developed into a manufacturing enterprise integrating high, middle and low grade weatherstrips into industry and trade.
In 2002, successfully established RunDe brand weather strips factory
In April 2003, in response to the government’s call, it moved to railway village industrial zone, Dafeng town, Xindu District, Chengdu, Sichuan
In 2005, the Xi’an branch was officially put into production
In 2007, From 2005 to 2007, successfully occupied the southwest market
In March 2008, the entire plant was almost completely lost due to the fire, and the Wenchuan earthquake in May. The whole factory concentrically rebuilt the new factory on the original site in just two months. At the end of the year, the target for the whole year was exceeded.
From 2009 to 2012, The factory completed the technical upgrade in the first time. the Annual sales exceeded 10 million for four consecutive years, and in 2012 it exceeded the goal of 20 million.
In 2014, the factory decided to build a new high-end brand and launched the "Jia Shida" high-end door and window weather strips
In 2017, the factory 2nd upgraded its technology and introduced semi-automatic equipment to improve production efficiency and yield. At the same time, in the general environment of the whole industry downturn, it went up against the trend and exceeded the target.
In 2019, the 3rd technical upgrade will be carried out, and automation equipment will be fully introduced. In the second half of the year, we established a new foreign trade company, JYD building materials ltd, and started the foreign trade business in cooperation with Alibaba.
In 2020, the first step of the foreign trade business from zero to something has been realized, which also marks the beginning of the factory's transformation from pure domestic trade to domestic and foreign trade operations, and also a transformation from factory to integrated industry and trade.
